With 67 own units in Belo Horizonte/MG and its metropolitan region, and 5 units in São Paulo/SP, the company operates continuously to deliver accurate diagnostic medicine with technical excellence, responsibility, and top-quality standards.

As a pioneer in the laboratory support market, Hermes Pardini maintains partnerships with around 6,000 laboratories, offering services such as clinical analysis, diagnostic imaging, vaccinations, functional testing, cryopreservation, and both human and veterinary genetics.

The challenge

Aiming to deliver faster and more effective service to its clients, Hermes Pardini needed to innovate, modernize, expand conveniences, and provide greater comfort to its customers.
