About the MPF

The Ministério Público Federal (Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office) serves as the guardian of the law and operates in civil, criminal, and electoral matters. The MPF acts before the Federal Supreme Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Superior Electoral Court, the regional federal courts, federal judges, and electoral judges — in accordance with the Constitution and federal laws.

The challenge

The MPF sought a communication solution that could deliver greater agility and promote more effective messaging across approximately 10,000 employees located in MPF offices throughout all Brazilian states. The goal was to establish a unified and standardized internal communication channel across the entire country.

Overcoming the challenge

Visual’s Corporate TV was the chosen solution, with over 360 monitors installed across the Prosecutor General’s Office, Regional Prosecutor’s Offices, and Sub-Offices throughout the country.

The solution combines and integrates hardware, software, infrastructure, online editing and publishing tools, along with full support and consulting services to define strategic monitor locations, provide technical assistance, training, content creation, and scheduling management.

Monitors were installed in high-traffic and high-retention areas to display real-time updates, including news, internal bulletins, campaigns, schedules, tips, employee birthdays, and more.
