The challenge
The Espírito Santo Legislative Assembly faced the challenge of making its plenary sessions and committee meetings more agile, transparent, and aligned with the demands of a modern parliament. To do so, it needed to implement an updated voting system that could ensure greater efficiency in legislative processes and strengthen public trust in the institution’s work.
