Scope

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes informed or to meet legal and contractual requirements. We periodically review retention periods to ensure they are appropriate.

Security and Governance

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or any form of improper use. A continuous training and awareness program is maintained for all employees, reinforcing a culture of privacy and security throughout the company.

Incident Response

We maintain an Incident Response Plan to identify, contain, mitigate, and report any security events that may affect data subjects, in accordance with LGPD requirements. Communication will be made transparently to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and to data subjects, when applicable.
